Worklists

A worklist is a fully customizable list of objects of a particular type. Worklists display objects in vertical rows with any number of fields in horizontal columns.

Actions

All worklists have a variety of icons displayed in the header. These icons are explained below. Note that individual objects may have their own icons. Those icons will be explained in the relevant section for those objects.

Add

Clicking the add icon allows you to add a new object.

Customize

Clicking the customize icon opens the Customize section.

Subtotals

Clicking the subtotals icon opens the Subtotals section.

Export

Clicking the export icon opens the Export section.

Copy

Clicking the copy icon opens the Copy section.

Refresh

Clicking the refresh icon opens the Refresh section.

Checkbox

Clicking the checkbox will select all of the records currently displayed on the Worklist.

Objects

The objects in a worklist change color to a pale yellow when you hover over them.

Items can be selected by clicking on them. Items that have been selected will turn to a golden color. Selecting items in a worklist may cause additional actions to appear in the actions toolbar below the worklist.

The checkbox in the upper right hand corner of any worklist allows you to select all of the items on the current page of the worklist.
