Knowledgebase

Quick Search

The quick search box is a time-saving feature that allows you to quickly search for articles which contain the specified content.

Worklist

The worklist is displayed just below the tabs. At the top of the worklist are the currently applied filters. Just below the filters, on the right side of the worklist, you have access to subtotals, copy, and export. Beneath the worklist is a toolbar of actions you can perform on the selected results.

Profile

Clicking on the title of a Knowledgebase Article in the worklist displays the Knowledgebase Article profile page for that Knowledgebase Article.
