1 This is your preferred URL for accessing your new hosted helpdesk on our servers. You may also use a DNS "CNAME" record to access your helpdesk using one of your own domains. In such a configuration, our URL will be a fail-safe if your IP changes or your DNS is offline.
2 This is the total number of simultaneous workers (e.g. executives, management, staff) you will require on your helpdesk. You may increase or decrease this number in the future if your needs change.

On-Site

On-Site licensing is the traditional model of software sales, where you install, manage, and use applications on your own computing infrastructure. This gives you complete control over the privacy and protection of your data, as well as the ability to modify the source code to suit your needs.

  • We like being fair and simple; the software is licensed to your entire company for a certain number of seats (simultaneous workers). There is no limit on total workers. We do not obnoxiously restrict you to specific e-mail addresses, URLs, IPs, or CPUs. You are permitted to run multiple copies of the software with a single license for your own use.
  • Licenses are perpetual. You will always be able to use the software and any updates you have purchased without additional licensing costs or renewal fees.
  • Each new license will receive 90 days of feature updates. You will be entitled to bug fix and maintenance updates for any licensed version, regardless of when your right to feature updates expires. Future feature updates are available at a flat rate of $250 which provides an additional 90 days of coverage. Purchasing feature updates is entirely optional, and there's no contract or penalty for updating less often (in fact, that's one easy way to lower your costs).
